Operational Update:
To keep everyone in the loop, a pipe burst at the Holiday Inn impacted the water source to Rio, forcing the restaurant to close Monday evening around 8:00pm. The restaurant has remained closed while the issue is being addressed, and we are hopeful to reopen today. We will continue to share updates as they become available.
Temperatures will continue to fall below freezing overnight, but the single-digit arctic blasts are behind us for the foreseeable future. Even so, please stay vigilant and immediately report any leaks, pipe concerns, or disruptions to water or gas service directly to Kristi.

We are adjusting the required in-person trainings from 6 per quarter to 4 per quarter. Since January has already passed, if you did not hold an in-person training last month, please plan to schedule four trainings between February and April to stay on track.
This will support your bonus measurements and help ensure you receive the full points for this metric.
