  • Thank you for the Manager Reports from yesterday. They are engaging to read, a strong operational resource and record, and are now a standard for all managers on shift. For anyone who missed reporting, please update yours today and ensure Manager Reports are completed each shift by the manager on duty going forward.

  • FOH Training Update

    • We are refining the FOH training program and shifting from 6 required trainings per quarter to 4, with a focus on quality and consistency. Please begin thinking about the 4 trainings you want to run this quarter. More details will follow tomorrow.

  • Taquerio is back, and up and running as Taquerio once again. See you next year Santa!
