Managers and Chefs will now be completing a Manager Log in Toast after each shift under Manager Log.
Keep it short and sweet, noting key items such as weather, sales, shift highlights, issues, upcoming events or needs, follow-ups, staffing notes, and anything the incoming manager should know. This will help maintain a daily record and smooth communication between shifts.
