Weekly Labor Reports,
Step-by-Step

  • Step 1:

    • In Toast, go to Time Entry Management and confirm all clock-ins and clock-outs are correct for the week 1/5 – 1/11.

  • Step 2:

    • Navigate to Labor Summary → select Custom Dates (1/5 – 1/11) → click Update → select Email Export.

  • Step 3:

    • Once the email arrives, download the report → save it as an Excel fileupload it to your OneDrive folder labeled Weekly Labor Reports.

  • Step 4:

    • In the Excel file, remove all columns except:

      • Employee

      • Job Title

      • Regular Hours (format column to Numbers)

      • Overtime Hours (format column to Numbers)

      • Hourly Rate (format column to Currency)

  • Step 5:

    • Clean up the sheet: remove any non-employee listings (e.g., “BAR AM,” etc.).

  • Step 7:

    • Save the file as: “Restaurant Name Weekly Labor Report - WE 01.11.2026

  • Step 8:

    • Share the OneDrive file with accounting@cannonballmgt.com & kristi@cannonballmgt.com
