• Required in 2026: Further to the email yesterday, this is a reminder to please print the OSHA forms below and keep a dedicated OSHA binder on-site at your location. Should an incident occur, record it in the binder, snap a photo for a digital copy, and email me a copy please. For all other incidents involving guests, vendors, or property, please continue using the Incident Report form on The Dash. • Just FYI:

  • I will be by Andiamo, Rio, Monk, & Jeremiah’s today with Petty replenishments around noon. Let me know if you need anything else.

  • Taquerio is changing names to TacoRio. Actual date on this is TBD, but soon.

  • TacoRio will be participating in Mystic Aquarium’s Freezin’ for a Reason Onesie Day downtown on Saturday, 2/21. Guests visiting in onesies will receive raffle tickets. TacoRio will host a Onesie Party from 7–10 PM with DJ Sisky, with a donation tied to frozen drink sales.
