  • GMs and Chefs, please map out a deep cleaning list and schedule for your buildings to be completed over the next two months and send it to Chef Ken and me by Monday.

    • Once submitted, Chef Ken and I will add it to the master building list we’re creating for each location to ensure we cover all the bases and check all the boxes for remaining compliant, safe, and clean.

      • We will then schedule time this week to review and discuss the plan together.
